About LPASafe
We make one of life’s most important documents simple to get right, without the cost and intimidation of a solicitor’s office.
In short
LPASafe is part of WSC Group, run by Richard Wood. We help people in England and Wales prepare and check their lasting power of attorney so it is right the first time. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice; we prepare the official forms carefully and check them against the reasons the Office of the Public Guardian rejects applications.
Why we built it
Too many families discover the hard way that a lasting power of attorney was never set up, and are left applying to the Court of Protection at the worst possible time. The official forms are free, but they are long, easy to get wrong, and a single mistake means months of delay. LPASafe exists to take that risk away: you tell us your wishes, we prepare the document properly, and a real person checks it before you sign.
Part of a family of services
LPASafe sits alongside WillSafe (wills and estate planning), LetSafe (landlord and tenancy documents) and NDASafe (confidentiality agreements), all part of WSC Group. If you are planning ahead, our Estate Bundle combines a will with both LPAs in one go.
Who checks your documents
Prepared and reviewed by Richard Wood
Every LPA is prepared and reviewed by Richard Wood of WSC Group. Richard is not a solicitor, and LPASafe is not a law firm. What we offer is careful, experienced preparation of the official forms and a thorough check against the OPG’s own rejection criteria, so the parts that trip people up are caught before you sign. For formal legal advice about your individual circumstances, you should consult a solicitor.
