Some services claim to “guarantee” your LPA will be registered. No one can honestly promise that, because registration is the OPG’s decision and can turn on an objection or a discretionary call we do not control. What we can promise is that our preparation and check are thorough, and that if we get our part wrong, we put it right and cover the resubmission fee. That is a promise we can actually keep.
